- Observation(s): Observed several food items in the walk-in cooler being stored uncovered.
- F2.5 Are the premises and equipment properly maintained and operated in a sanitary manner (i.e. ongoing maintenance)?
- Observation(s): 1. Observed build-up of food debris and grease behind, and along the grill lines in the kitchen. 2. Observed an exposed electrical area in the main cooking area of the kitchen. An exposed electrical area in a kitchen is a serious safety hazard and must be addressed as soon as possible to prevent electric shocks and fires. All electrical switches, wires, outlets, and junction boxes must be covered with approved faceplates or blank covers.
