      • The items used for Lash lift services did not have the list of ingredients on the packaging.The operator was advised to provide the list of ingredients for the products or discontinue the use of the items.
    • 27. Is the facility maintained in a visibly clean state and are environmental surfaces cleaned and disinfected properly?
      • -Pre-empt wipes were available but were expired.The operator was advised to acquire at a minimum, a low-level disinfectant, to disinfect hard and non-porous surfaces.
    • 29. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained to allow for the safe and sanitary provision of personal services (Non-Critical)?
      • The vents in the service room were not installed during the inspection.The operator informed that the vents have been ordered and will be installed within 2 weeks' time.
