      • Sampling of sauces that included garlic in oil. Once opened, products needed to be kept 4C or colder. Vendor had only a small cooler but no ice or means of temperature control.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Did not have chlorine test strips to verify bleach concentration.
