- Covers for the carpet flooring have been ordered but have not yet arrived. Please ensure all flooring in areas of service are covered and able to be maintained in a sanitary condition.
- 31. Are sinks accessible and used appropriately for the personal services provided?
- A reprocessing sink separate from the hair washing sink is required. Once obtained, the reprocessing sink can also be used for hair washing, provided a written procedure is in place on how to decontaminate between uses.
