- F1.4 Does the premises have the key services (e.g. water, sewer, power) required to operate safely?
- Observation(s): Observed the potable water tank to be empty, resulting in no running water. Operator refilled the tank during the inspection. Because the water takes approximately 30 minutes to heat, operations were paused until hot water was available. Ensure the potable water tank is filled at least 30 minutes before opening each day to allow for sufficient potable water and adequate heating time.
- F1.4A Hot and cold running water must be supplied in sufficient quantity and pressure to meet the needs of the premises.
- F2.5 Are the premises and equipment properly maintained and operated in a sanitary manner (i.e. ongoing maintenance)?
- Observation(s): Observed an air fryer stored on the floor of the mobile unit. Please relocate the air fryer to a location that is at least 15cm (6in) off the floor.
