      • 1. Lower sections of wall are unfinished in some areas of kitchen. 2. Kitchen hand wash sink secured to wall by a raw wood support.3. White plastic wrap present on ice machine, deep fryers and other stainless equipment. All surfaces and equipment must be smooth, easy to clean, impervious and in good repair.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • Two potential storage areas were cluttered with random items and equipment. Areas were not clean and well organized.Remove equipment not required for business operations and ensure all areas are clean and well organized.
