- Some of the art supplies being used were not labeled as non-toxic. This included Glue Sticks and some white glue. Operator removed glue that did not indicate as non-toxic.

- Some toys and play equipment were encroaching on the indoor playgrounds fall area. Toys and equipment were moved to allow for safe spacing.
