MANAGEMENT WAS INSTRUCTED THAT SMOKING IS PROHIBITED INSIDE OF THE BUILDING AND OUTSIDE LESS THAN 15 FEET AWAY FROM ANY DOORS, WINDOWS, OR VENTILATION INTAKES. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED THE RESIDENTS TO EXTINGUISH THEIR CIGARETTES, LEAVE THE ROOM AND SMOKE OUTSIDE MORE THAN 15 FEET AWAY FROM THE BUILDING DOORS, WINDOWS OR VENTILATION INTAKES.
