The temperature of the ingredients in the sandwich cooler was measured using a probe thermometer and read 6C.Please repair or adjust the sandwich cooler to ensure it can hold and maintain temperatures of 4C or lower. The operator promptly set up inserts of ice for perishable food items as a temporary measure to keep them at a safe temperature until the cooler has been repaired.
