- There was a tall rolling cart with trays of bagels on it. It was stored close to the dish area. There is the potential for the goods to become contaminated. Staff moved at the time of the inspection. The plan is that the rolling carts will be stored around the corner, however, there is a overhead vent still in place that needs to be removed so the cart can fit underneath. In the interim, staff will keep foods away from the dish area or will have a cover on the cart etc.

- There is a gap under the door and between the double doors in the back receiving area. Please replace boot, rubber sweep etc to close these gaps - this will help reduce the entry of pests. Seal has not yet been installed. Please ensure the seal is installed by January 31, 24.
