      • There were no paper towels in the paper towel dispenser. - During inspection, staff place a new roll of paper towel. Have paper towel available at all times.

      • 1) No operational handwashing sink at the front -Ensure that sink at the front is converted into a hand washing sink because there is still handling of cash and coffee being done at the front by the operators.-Hand wash sink should be only used for hand washing.

      • Duct tape was being used on the back ice machine panel. - Have the ice machine panel repaired or replaced.

      • Duct tape was being used to hold the front panel of the back ice machine. - Have the ice machine panel repaired or replaced.

    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • 1) The hand wash sink at the front had no soap. **Even though, the hand sink had paper towels, warm running water it was not being used as a hand wash station. When asked by the inspector it was explained that it was only used if they had soap in the dispenser, and because they had another hand sink at the back which was more frequently used for hand washing.-Ensure that sink at the front is converted into a hand washing sink because there is still handling of cash and coffee being done at the front by the operators.***Please don't use a hand wash sink as a dumping station.-Hand wash sink should be only used for hand washing.

      • Floor of the walk-in cooler was covered with carpet.- Please ensure that the floor surface should be made up of material which is impervious and easily cleanable.
