- Observation(s): High temperature dishwasher, final rinse/sanitizer cycle temperature at the plate level: 80.3C, in compliance. QUATS dispenser: 200ppm, in compliance. Sanitizer buckets were measured to be below 200ppm, staff replaced the buckets with fresh sanitizer solution.
