      • The handwash station located in the kitchen was observed to be obstructed by a stack of cardboard boxes. Handwash stations must be accessible by staff at all times to ensure proper hand hygiene practices.The operator removed the cardboard boxes obstructing access to the handwash station. Please remind the staff to ensure that handwashing stations remain accessible at all times.
