      • 1) The operator did not have a high-level disinfectant for the semi-critical tools (used in eyelash extension services).REQUIREMENT: Obtain high-level disinfectant and follow all manufacturer instructions.2) After speaking with the Inspector, the Operator will be looking to test the high-level disinfectant solution daily so it can be re-used over several days. However, the operator does not have appropriate testing strips, or a high-level disinfection log ready for use.REQUIREMENT: Obtain appropriate testing strips (e.g. Pre-Empt HLD5 requires 2% AHP testing strips, and CS20 requires 7% AHP strips) and begin maintaining a disinfection log.
