- 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
- The following temperatures were observed: Whirlpool fridge- 6.9 C Frigidaire refrigerator- 7.6 CPlease ensure that the refrigerator is able to maintain a temperature of 4C or below. As the facility is not currently in use, it is recommended that occasional temperature checks are being performed using a thermometer to confirm that the equipment remains in proper working condition.
- 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
- The dishwasher was observed to be holding a temperature of 70 C. Please ensure that the dishwasher is able to maintain a temperature of 71 C or higher. As the facility is not currently in use, it is recommended that occasional temperature checks be performed using a thermometer to confirm that the dishwasher remains in proper working condition.
