The operator provided documentation indicating that the plumbing was assessed on May 11.Please ensure the hot water tank is repaired or replaced to maintain a consistent supply of hot waterMay 25, 2026: Hot water was available at the time of inspection. The operator is waiting for building manager response regarding the hot water tank. Hot water should be available on a continuous basis.

      • 1. The large open display fridge has a thermometer reading of 50 degrees F (10 degrees C).Higher risk items like prepared sandwiches were removed from the display. The operator discarded the items.Please adjust the temperature. The cooler needs to be set at 40 degrees F (4 degrees C) or less.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • 1. The quat sanitizer test strips were expired (exp: 2021) and the strips were discoloured.New test strips were provided to the operator during the inspection. Please ensure the quat measures 200 ppm daily.

      • No temperature logs were available upon request.Please ensure staff are logging temperature and there are written records.

      • The can opener stored nearby the three-compartment sink is severely rusted. Staff state it is no longer used. Please dispose of the can opener.

      • Debris and dirt accumulation under the kitchen counters where the nacho cheese dispenser and pizza oven are located.Please clean under the kitchen counters.The handwashing sink located in the kitchen is dirty. The sink was slow to drain due to paper towel plugging the drain.Please clean and sanitize the handwashing sink.

      • Temperature of a freezer by the dry storage measured +3C. - Remove food to a different freezer until an adequate temperature is restored. - Maintain freezer temperature at -18C or lower.

      • 1. Tongs for scooping candy at the front area were stored in a cup with miscellaneous items. - Store serving utensils adequately protected from cross-contamination. 2. Pizza cutter is being cleaned/ sanitized only at the end of the day according to the staff. - Serving utensils must be cleaned/sanitized regularly throughout the day. 3. Mildew growth in the top part of the prep cooler. - Clean regularly4. Food debris and grease accumulation on hot-dog warmer. - Clean regularly5. Some plastic lids on food containers were damaged and not easy to clean anymore. - Replace any damaged food containers.
