- The measured concentration for the 2 QUAT sanitizer pails in the front counter area was only 100ppm. Informed manager who refilled the sanitizer with fresh solution. Retested and concentration was acceptable (200ppm).

- Cooked easy over eggs were observed to be uncovered on a stainless steel tray in the cooler. Cut and chopped mushrooms were also observed to be uncovered. Please ensure all food products are covered and protected from contamination during storage.
