      • It was observed that High Level Disinfectant Pre-empt CS 20 was being used for semi-critical tools disinfection.However it was not tested on daily basis.Logs were not being maintained.Test strips to test HLD were expired.Discussed the requirement for testing of HLD.HLD test logs were provided during the inspection.Please note that it is important to achieve the recommended contact time (20 minutes) for the disinfectant to ensure proper disinfection.Please follow manufacturer's instructions for the required contact time.
