- Facility offers clients complimentary tea and coffee using ceramic teacups. Operator indicated that cups are washed in the same sink used for reprocessing personal service tools. There were no other sinks available for dishwashing in the facility. Inspector instructed operator to discontinue serving drinks with the reusable teacups and switch to disposable serving cups to prevent cross contamination.
