As per the inspector's understanding, the compliance inspection was schedule by the Operator of Ve Oh Lay Winery for March 4, 2024 to allow the Elite Chef Events catering company to use their kitchen in order to prepare food for a special event scheduled on March 2, 2024 in Kelowna.
