      • It was also noted during the inspection that a high-level disinfectant was not available on-site for the reprocessing of semi-critical instruments including comedone extractor.After discussion with the operator, reusable semi-critical instruments, such as a comedone extractor, were removed from the service room as they are not being used. The operator indicated that only single-use instruments are used for all services provided.
