      • 1. Floor tiles in back kitchen were cracked or missing and duct tape was used to cover the area. - Replace tiles as floor surfaces are to be smooth and easy to clean.2. Dust and grease build-up on ventilation hood above the pizza oven. Next service was due June 2025.- Please clean ventilation hood.3. Ceiling above the food preparation area was visibly dirty, with stains and oil buildup.- Please clean or replace the ceiling.4. Operator reported that the plumbing line was blocked/clogged.- Repair the plumbing line and ensure all handwashing sinks are fully functional and supplied with running water at all times.2. Paper towel rolls were not placed in the designated dispensers at the handwashing sinks in the and washroom and back kitchen.- Ensure all handwashing sinks are supplied with paper towels properly placed in dispensers at all times.
