- 1. No test strips or recordkeeping for high level disinfectant.- Acquire test strips for high level disinfectant CS20 and ensure daily test and record keeping is done.2. CS20 contact time was done for 20 seconds. - Ensure CS20 contact time follows the manufacturers instruction of at least 20 minutes. Instructed operator to disinfect tools recently cleaned and disinfected following the 20 minutes contact time.
