- September 20, 2023, inspection:Owner fixed the wastewater leak into the bucket by directly connecting the dipper well to the waste pipe. The dipper well needs an indirect connection between the waste pipe and dipper well pipe. The air gap prevents wastewater going up to the dipper well.September 13, 2023, inspection:Right side dipper well wastewater was back flowing into the well where the ice cream scoops were stored. There is no air gap between the waste pipe and dipper well pipe. Bucket below the waste pipe was full of wastewater. Stop using the dipper well until the plumbing issue is fixed with sufficient air gap.

- Right side dipper well wastewater was back flowing into the well where the ice cream scoops were stored. There is no air gap between the waste pipe and dipper well pipe. - 1) Water damaged noted on the shelves underneath the dipper wells. 2) Buckets underneath the dipper well was full of wastewater. 1 to 2) Address these issues.

- 1) Dust build-up on the small black Honeywell fan by the waffle cone machines, on the light and vent above the service area, black chalkboard wall and back kitchen air vent. 2) Debris and stains on the shelves underneath the waffle cone machines. Clean these areas.
