    • 04. Are clients at this facility being protected from hazards (Non-Critical)?
      • 1. Craft paints marked 3+ and 5+ were observed in the pre-K room with 2-year-old kids. The craft items were moved to age-appropriate rooms during inspection.2. An electrical outlet in the kinder room was missing a protective cover. The missing cover was replaced during inspection. Please monitor the electrical outlets at the facility and ensure missing covers are promptly replaced.
    • 21. Is the plumbing system adequate and being properly maintained (Critical)?
      • Hot water temperature at the Kinder room washroom handwashing sink was measured to be at 60C.Reduce the hot water temperature.

      • Toys (small balls) were stored in the toddler's washroom. The toys were removed by the staff during inspection. Ensure toys are not stored in the washroom.
