    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • The wall behind the mop sink was in disrepair and corrugated cardboard was held by the duct tape. **Repair the above-mentioned area and remove the tape. **Do not use duct tape as it is not easily cleanable. **Ensure all the surfaces in the facility are durable, impervious to moisture and easy to clean.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • **Outstanding**There were baseboards missing around the mop sink. Install baseboards in this area.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • Walk-in-freezer was in disrepair at the time of inspection. - Facility was using A&W's walk-in-freezer (located in the same building) for storing their frozen food. **Please repair the walk-in freezer. Note: The staff stated that the worker order is in place.

    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • 6/23/25. The concentration of the bleach sanitizer in the spray bottle was 0ppm. Ensure that the concentration of the bleach sanitizer is between 100-200ppm. (1/2tsp of bleach mixed with 1L of water). Fresh solution was prepared at the time of the inspection.
    • 09. Are chemicals stored and handled in a safe manner?
      • 6/23/25. Outstanding. There were chemical spray bottles under the sink that were not labelled with contents. Ensure all bottles containing chemicals are labelled to allow for safe use.

      • 6/23/25. 1) The shower head in shower room 4 was leaking. Repair leak. 2) The rubber seal on the bottom of the shower door in shower room 4 was in disrepair. Repair the rubber seal.
