- The wall behind the mop sink was in disrepair and corrugated cardboard was held by the duct tape. **Repair the above-mentioned area and remove the tape. **Do not use duct tape as it is not easily cleanable. **Ensure all the surfaces in the facility are durable, impervious to moisture and easy to clean.

- Walk-in-freezer was in disrepair at the time of inspection. - Facility was using A&W's walk-in-freezer (located in the same building) for storing their frozen food. **Please repair the walk-in freezer. Note: The staff stated that the worker order is in place.

- 6/23/25. The concentration of the bleach sanitizer in the spray bottle was 0ppm. Ensure that the concentration of the bleach sanitizer is between 100-200ppm. (1/2tsp of bleach mixed with 1L of water). Fresh solution was prepared at the time of the inspection.
