    • 04. Is the chemical quality of the water in this pool satisfactory (Critical)?
      • FAC residual of the whirlpool was measured at 1.03 ppm (mg/L) via manual water testing. The automated controller reading was measured at 2.21 ppm (mg/L). With the malfunctioning automated controller, the reading measured may not be accurate.**Update (July 31, 2025): FAC residual via manual water testing is still below the minimum required concentration of 2.0 ppm (mg/L). Manual water test results measured a FAC residual of 1.71 ppm (mg/L). PHI advised staff to increase the FAC for the whirlpool. Ensure that the FAC residual of the whirlpool is maintained at no less than 2.0 ppm (mg/L) for adequate disinfection.
