- Previously: There are no chlorine test strips.Please ensure you have chlorine test strips on site in order to be able to measure and monitor the chlorine of sanitizer solutions. They should be between 100 - 200 ppm.2025-04-10: During the site visit chlorine test strips were not observed.Operator mentioned that they don't have test strips available.Kindly send the pictures of test strips once available.

- Previously: Facility self monitors and manages pests. There are currently no signs of pests at the facility. However, pest control records are not being kept.An AHS Pest Control Checklist document was provided. Please complete at least once a month and keep records for future reference.2025-04-10: Inspector provided the pest control checklist.Kindly send the completed pest control checklist once available.

- The exit door (located in area outside the laundry and kitchen are) had noticeable gaps along the floor.Please note that exterior openings should be protected against the entry of pests by filling the gaps or holes along the floor.

- There are no chlorine test strips.Please ensure you have chlorine test strips on site in order to be able to measure and monitor the chlorine of sanitizer solutions. They should be between 100 - 200 ppm.May 18, 2022:- Chris sent photo of chlorine test strips. However, these are for swimming pools. Please obtain chlorine test strips capable of measuring up to 200 ppm (i.e. for commercial dishwashers/restaurant use).
