- The dishwasher used in the facility was not dispensing the chlorine.No chlorine was detected, even after the multiple runs.Operator was asked to "Do not use the dishwasher for utensils sanitization" until its repaired.Note: Until the dishwasher is repaired/serviced three compartments sink, available in the facility, can be used for dishwashing.Alternatively, dishes can be washed in dishwasher and sanitized manually in the sink.
