      • Operator not familiar with proper use of sanitizer (bleach)Chlorine test strips were not available.

      • One of the veggies coolers was at 13C. Must be 0-4C. Four packs of noodles meals and six packs of prepackaged salads that require refrigeration all the time were removed from the cooler and must not be sold to the public.

      • Operator was not familiar with proper steps for manual dishwashing.

      • Hand soap was not available at the hand sink in the back. Paper towel was missing in the washroom dispenser. Corrected immediately.
