- Please delay opening today so that the following tasks can be completed: 1- Remove all mouse droppings from the walk in refrigerator. 2- Wash, rinse and sanitize everything that the mouse droppings contacted including the food container covers, shelving and floors. 3- Seal any holes in the walk in refrigerator to prevent the entrance of mice. 4- Continue to work with your Integrated Pest Management Specialist (Orkin) and the building owner in an effort to eliminate mice from the facility.
