- Observation(s): Provide iodine and quaternary ammonia test strips to help monitor sanitizer levels.
- F2.1A Sanitizer test strips must be available for each chemical sanitizer used at the premises.
- F2.3 Are food contact surfaces, utensils and equipment washed and sanitized in a manner that removes/prevents contamination?
- Observation(s): 1. Checked sanitizer level in glasswasher, 0 ppm iodine. Iodine should be between 12.5-25 ppm. As glasswasher is currently not sanitizing properly, glassware must be sanitized using another method. 2. Ensure an approved sanitizer is being used to sanitize the ice sink.
