      • There was no handwashing soap in the soap dispenser for the children accessible hand wash sink in the washroom. Operator replaced handwashing soap-Ensure that all handwashing sinks are fully equipped with hot & cold water, soap and single use paper towel.

      • The hot water temperature from the handwashing sink at the washroom used by preschool age was measured at 16.5 degrees Celsius.-Ensure that all handwashing sinks are equipped with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel. -Ensure hot water temperature level is maintained at 49 degrees Celsius maximum in the washrooms available to children.
