      • A tile under the grill is damaged and significantly lifting.October 7: Quote was submitted to replace flooring throughout the kitchen and will be completed over the Christmas break.

      • June 4th:All large equipment had been moved and mice feces in the storage room had been cleaned. There is a large gap under the storage room door. Install weather stripping along this door to precent mice and other pests from entering. The caretaker is going to install weather stripping.

      • A tile under the grill is damaged and significantly lifting, Repair this over the summer break so the floor is smooth and easily cleanable. June 4th:The caretaker was in earlier to take pictures of the floor. The plan is to repair this over the summer break.

      • There is an accumulating of food scraps and debris under the grill. Please clean this area.

      • There sandwich and salad cooler measured 7.4°C. Inspection occurred shortly after a very busy break in which the door was repeatedly opened for 15 minutes. Ensure the cooler comes back to 4.0°C or less during quiet periods.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • Mice feces were observed in the storage room behind two deep freezers. Please ensure this area is cleaned appropriately. There is a large gap under the storage room door. Install weather stripping along this door to precent mice and other pests from entering.
