      • There was a large circular brown and black spot on the basin floor on the shallow pool near the bridge/divider. It was unclear what the spot was at the time of the inspection, however, it did look potentially like a hole in the floor. Directly on the other side of the bridge/divider in the deep pool was another discoloured spot. It is unclear if this is related to the hole on the other side. There was also some brown staining on the wall near the lift chair. Please address these areas.
