      • 1. Dirty toy containers were observed in several classrooms.-Please clean and sanitize these toy bins to ensure sanitary conditions are maintained.2. Cane rattan toy backets which could be difficult to properly clean and sanitize, were observed in kindergarten classroom.-Please replace such toy containers with smooth, nonabsorbent and easy-to-clean containers.

      • Hand sinks are missing paper towel dispensers. Ensure paper towel is in a dispenser to prevent contamination of the whole roll.

      • One hand sink was missing soap and paper towel and the other was missing paper towel. Ensure all hand sinks are equipped with supplies.

      • The antiseptic wipes in the type 3 kid expired 2023. Ensure all antiseptic wipes are within the expiry.
