      • When the jet pump was turned on the electrical connection would trip the breaker for the chemical controller and flow meter. Ensure the electrical connection is checked to ensure proper operation of the controller and pumps.
    • 14. Is the pool maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
      • Some debris and grout wear was noted in the whirlpool. Chief Engineer onsite confirmed that the facility would be completing the regrouting in the new year
    • 17. Does the pool have adequate written policies, plans and posted rules and safety information to ensure that the pool is operating in a safe manner?
      • The updated anti-entrapment compliance plan has not been submitted. Facility is awaiting receipt of the documentation from the pool contractor. Ensure a copy is submitted to the undersigned upon recipt.
