      • 1-Hand hygiene procedures were discussed onsite. Ensure to hand hygiene supplies are available in the mobile bag.2-All cleaning and disinfection of the re-usable single use tools will be done at reprocessing sink located at base of operations.3-Procedure for storage of dirty and clean tools was reviewed.4-Supplies of single use items were stored properly and will be discarded after single use after each client.5-Adequate bags with separate compartments were noted onsite to transport the supplies and equipment.6-All supplies will be stored in the base of operations and sufficient storage was noted.
