      • Preempt CS20 high level disinfectant used to disinfect semi-critical tools. The operator was using accelerated hydrogen peroxide test strips that did not have a color indicated for 7000ppm as per the required concentration (5000ppm, 10000ppm). Please purchase the AHP7 test strips that correspond with the Preempt CS20 disfenctant.High level disinfectant logs are not being recorded. Test and complete daily before use.
