- A disinfectant to disinfect work surfaces was not observed. Please ensure that a low-level disinfectant is present at the vendor booth to disinfect work surfaces.
- 33. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this personal services facility (Non-Critical)?
- It was noted that the operator was reusing cloth towel on multiple clients. Please be advised that all cloth towels must be laundered after each use or a disposable paper towel. Please do not reuse linens. The operator removed the cloth towel during the inspection.
