    • 06. Are proper protocols being followed in regards to client care?
      • (1) The area under the diaper change pad in the infant room was very dirty with a buildup of dirt and debris.
    • 31. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this child care facility (Critical)?
      • CDI - The alcohol hand sanitizer bottle at the main entrance was empty. A new bottle was installed. Expiry date: 06/2026CDI - A broom was kept on top of the infant room bathroom stalls and could potentially fall on children using the facilities. Ensure there is a designated storage area (hook, wall holder, closet) for all large cleaning equipment.

      • (1) Some items that cannot be easily cleaned and disinfected had not been removed from use. Pillow and torn books were still in the room. Ensure all items that cannot be cleaned/washed and disinfected are removed from use.
