      • Kitchen sanitizer: 72 degrees C at the final rinse temperature (Operating correctly) Preschool sanitizer: 65 degrees C at the final rinse temperature after 3 cycles. *The final rinse temperature should be 71 degrees C at the plate for at least 10 seconds.Please use the kitchen sanitizer for dishes and toys. Discussed modified sink method for toy washing only (Hot soapy water, rinse soap off, fill sink with bleach solution at 1000 ppm and submerge)

      • -Fridge/freezer units were maintained at safe temperatures except the refrigerator in the upstairs preschool room, which was measured at around 10C, and confirmed by the thermometer inside. After lowering the temperature setting, it was measured below 4C.Please secure the refrigerator in the preschool room to prevent children from changing temperature settings.
