      • Reprocessing was being conducted in the bathroom. Reprocessing can't be conducted in the bathroom due to the risk of cross contamination. Disinfecting semi-critical tools must be conducted in a room separate from incompatible activities.Follow-up will be conducted.

      • Procedures are in place for the proper client care in the event of an accidental skin cut or puncture. Facility has just one sink present for hand washing and instrument decontamination.Client to provide a portable hand sink.
    • 31. Are sinks accessible and used appropriately for the personal services provided?
      • Sink is available for use.Stocked with liquid pump soap and single use paper towels.A dedicated room for treatment but washroom sink is used for both hand washing and instrument decontamination.
