- 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
- Floors, walls, counters and other surfaces were cleanable and in good condition. The hood over the fryer, oven and grills was professionally cleaned in July 2025.The filters in the ventilation hood have some grease and dust building up. Please give the filters a good cleaning to ensure the ventilation system is working as efficiently as possible.

- 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
- There was no measurable quats coming out of the automatic dispenser. Until the dispenser can be fixed, the quats solution will be manually mixed by staff. All current solutions were dumped out and replaced with ones that were at 200ppm.In the future, the solutions should be checked occasionally by staff with test strips to ensure that the dispenser is working as it is meant to.
