108 Mile Supermarket

If I could give a negative rating I would. I have lived in the 108 Mile Ranch for 5 years and I have consistently supported and shopped at the 108 Mile Ranch but that ended today. My husband purchased deli ham from the store on March 10th. When he came home he he said that he thought he had been over charged as the price that was marked on the product statement $3.49 per 100 grams but the labeled attached said 44.95 per kg. I said that works out to 4.49 per 100 grams. I was in the store the next day and checked the price, it was 3.49 per 100 grams. I then spoke to the girl in the deli and she said to bring the label in for the product and the manager would make it right. My husband just took the label in and was basically told that he was lying, and he was also told that the prices changes daily and that was the price that it was on the day he purchased it. They didn't offer to look up the price on that day (which they are fully capable of doing), their ham has never been that high and the price today is the regular price of $3.49/100 grams. I know that it is less than $3 difference, but it is the principle of the whole matter. They manager didn't even make the effort to look up the price on that day, he basically said my husband was lying about the price displayed for the ham, and whatever happened to the customer is always right? We will not be supporting the 108 Mile Ranch Market again. We spent a lot of money through the grocery store and the gas station we probably have spent approximately $20000 over the past 4 years based on our Canco Account balance. I know that in the grad scheme.ofnthings 5000/year doesn't mean much to their bottom line, but hopefully others will read my post and consider whether they want to support a business that treat their clientele in such a manner.

The staff are friendly and helpful. They have an in store bakery and deli and the sandwiches they make from scratch are very tasty. Huge walk in cooler with best selection of cold beer, wines, and coolers around!

I love our 108 Mile Supermarket.. they have a huge selection of booze, the staff is super friendly, if you need something they will try hard to bring it in. Plus the beats 🎶 in the store make it very pleasurable! Very lucky to have this store so close to home!

108 mile is the most friendliest community! The market has a very good wine, beer and cider selection! And the staff are super friendly and helpful! Prices in the market are what you would expect from a small community store. Not totally unreasonable.

Amazing. Power was out all afternoon. Everyone else was closed. 108 Grocery fired up a small generator, ran an extension cord in, and got their till working to continue to serve. Great job guys!

Amazing market it literally smells like grandmas place, fresh inhouse bakery and dolly with an assortment hand made food on the run from smokes too ribs and pie to salad. And that's just the first 10 feet through the door. If you find this treasure you'll be happily surprised. Safe travels out there, stay safe :)

Love having the 108 Super Market in the area! It's always nice being able to pick up some groceries in the 108 versus having to drive into town. For a small grocer, they have a great selection with competitive pricing.

The staff here are always willing to help you find what ever you may be looking for...and.. It doubles as a cold beer and wine store with spirits added in for good measure... They Jayce some great deals some times and the deli is always fresh.
