7-Eleven #38854H

Couple of weirdos there, i saw one i do not know who it was, lady or guy, but she was rude. Other staff is great, Owner needs to hire carefully, jst sayin😳, its been 7 days straight and every morning, there is no cream, no milk, not even some coffee flavours, and when I asked the manager about it, he said sorry, I mean what is even that? Its been a whole week. No hot dog buns, no chicken boxes, whoever is ordering is messing up big time. Change the guy or do something about it

I would put zero stars if I could!! Went into the 711/ "Homeless Shelter" in Trail this evening on my way to work to grab a quick bite as I'm diabetic and my sugars were low. It was 530 PM. No sandwiches...subs... hotdogs nothing!! 2 slices of pizza that looked like it had been there for 2 days!! Maybe 6 pieces of chicken that looked well over cooked and dry. Then as I leave and go out to my car I got Panhandled by some drug addict. As for the management of this store you should be ashamed of yourself!!! If you don't want the position then QUIT!!! This is NOT 711 standards!!! I refuse to return as I will go to the gas station across the street from now on!! Also reading other reviews regarding this location it seems to be an ongoing trend. How embarrassing for the company!!!

Quick stop to get gas, on our trip through (March 24 - 2pm). What could have turned out to be a disaster day, was saved by an absolutely amazing employee, who went way above and beyond. A mere thank you does not cover how much this meant to me!

It Sev, good place for snacks but thats about it. Trust their wizard fingers at your own peril but the wings are actually not bad

The store is newer, most of the staff are nice and polite. Sometimes they don't have enough people on shift. It's never bothered me. I say the staff there do a fairly good job ..specially dealing with all the unwanted people, that lurk around the store . The car was is okay . The rainx wash works alright but the brushes will cratch your vehicle.

No montery jacks, no jalepenos, no coffee, things were best until last month. The owner’s Gotta do something about it

This store is a mixed bag. More often than not it's dirty and not well stocked. Some staff are really lovely and others are terrible. My 14 year old daughter had an uncomfortable experience there recently with the cashier hitting on her and another customer stalking her around the store. We are going to really restrict our stops.

The staff are genuine and personable and treat everyone equally, a few times we have bought homeless persons food or drinks from here and the staff are always very kind and even let them come in with us to pick their drinks/snack unlike a lot of places in Trail who treat the homeless like trash. Despite it being dirty sometimes it seems to be only at night after the day time rush, I always see someone cleaning and restocking near the coffee machines when we visit before our nightly walk. 10/10 would recommend just based on the staff!

Bathroom is really gross. Doesn't look like it's been properly cleaned in many months. Buildup on the walls, floor and sink. Toilet has dried on debri around the outside and on the toilet seat. I mentioned it to staff that it required cleaning and was shrugged off. Don't use the facilities here if tour traveling. Go somewhere else

I just bought this cup of cola and when I came back, I found that 13 Canadian dollars had been deducted from my card. Was it an accident? Or what's going on?

Completely dirty, no Napkins stocked, no straws. Open 24 hours, but no fresh food, or option to wait 10 min for fresh food....buns so stale, that they crumble as you eat them and everything falls out. Can't call, goes to voice-mail that isn't initialized....easier to talk to head office.

They need to bring Cream Soda slurpees into this store, they've gotten rid of some of the best flavors, Cream Soda, Orange and Sprite, no longer available, I'm at the point I'm going to stop getting slurpees from here if they don't bring the best flavors back

Worst service. Man who scanned our items wasn't even listening, didn't understand half of our language, and listened to music the entire time through airpods!! He was extremely disrespectful, rude, and didn't offer any help. That was the worst employee I've ever met.

Amazing new store, staff is super friendly and the food is amazing. The new coffee is so good. Looks like a little grocery store inside. Very nice to have this in trail

The chicken was too hard and chewy not like the 2 other times…I’m thinking that you have to turn down temperature or switch out chicken or have a sale on them when they are about to be thrown out..

Auto car wash does not do a good job left bugs on windshield and around headlights and on engine hood paid for best car wash what a joke eont go.back again
