      • Adequate and convenient hand washing facilities shall be provided for all employees. Found exposed hand sinks at 2 preparation areas covered with boxes/not being used to wash hands. Furthermore, no hand drying devices/paper towels at handsinks/premises. Critical violation. citation issued.
