- The area outside of the establishment used for the storage of garbage shall be clean at all times and shall not constitute a nuisance. FOUND THREE OUTSIDE DUMPSTERS EACH DUMPSTER HAS SIX COVERS. HOWEVER THE MIDDLE DUMPSTER IS MISSING TWO COVERS AND ALL THE COVERS IN ALL THREE DUMPSTERS ARE BROKEN AND NOT RODENT PROOFED. SERIOUS CITATION GIVEN 7-38-020. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE NEW DUMPSTER COVERS FOR ALL THREE UNITS.

- All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. FOUND ALL THE FOOD STORE ROOM RACKS RUSTY. INSTRUCTED TO PAINT WITH NON TOXIC PAINT.

- All utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each usage. CLEAN ALL THE COOKING EQUIPMENT AND ALL THE HOODS AND FILTERS ABOVE HAS SPLASHED ON FOOD DEBRIS.

- The flow of air discharged from kitchen fans shall always be through a duct to a point above the roofline. CLEAN ALL THE VENTS IN THE PREP AREA HAS DUST ON THEM.
