      • OBSERVED OVER 80 RODENT DROPPINGS ON PREMISES IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: UNDERNEATH THE DISPLAY COOLER IN THE PREP AREA, UNDERNEATH THE REFRIGERATION UNIT BY THE REAR EXIT DOOR, IN THE BASEMENT STORAGE ROOM WHERE THE HOT WATER TANK IS LOCATED, UNDER THE STAIRS OF THE BASEMENT AND IN THE STORAGE ROOMS IN THE BASEMENT. MUST CLEAN ALL AFFECTED AREAS TO REMOVE DROPPINGS. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020.

      • FOUND NO CHEMICAL TEST STRIPS FOR THE THREE COMP SINK. MUST PROVIDE TO TEST THE STRENGTH OF THE SANITIZER WHEN WASH RINSE AND SANITIZING. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-030.
    • 34. FLOORS: CONSTRUCTED PER CODE, CLEANED, GOOD REPAIR, COVING INSTALLED, DUST-LESS CLEANING METHODS USED
      • MUST CLEAN FLOORS IN ALL AREAS MENTIONED IN VIOLATION #18. CLEAN FLOOR BEHIND LARGE ICE MACHINE TO REMOVE TRASH FOUND. OBSERVED OPENINGS IN THE FLOOR OF THE ROOM WHERE THE HOT WATER TANK IS STORED; SEAL OPENING IN FLOOR. ALSO OBSERVED A HOLE IN THE FLOOR OUTSIDE OF THE STORAGE ROOM WHERE THE HOT WATER TANK IS STORED; SEAL OPENING.

      • FOUND NO DRAIN STOPPERS AT THE THREE COMP SINKS FOR PROPER SET UP TO WASH RINSE AND SANITIZE; MUST PROVIDE STOPPERS.
    • 41. PREMISES MAINTAINED FREE OF LITTER, UNNECESSARY ARTICLES, CLEANING EQUIPMENT PROPERLY STORED
      • FOUND SOME UNNECESSARY ITEMS ON PREMISES IN THE BASEMENT; INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE TO AVOID CLUTTER AND PEST HARBORAGE.
