      • Observed raw wood on shelving in the basement, and along the inside floor of the bar. Must paint or seal all raw wood to make non-porous, smooth and easily cleanable. Must maintain same.

      • Observed exposed duct work above main kitchen area. Must install barrier above kitchen, below duct work. Must make smooth and easily cleanable. Observed space at bottom of walls in stair well; small holes throughout brick wall in restroom near front small dining room; and several gaps around pipes in basement dry storage and prep. Must seal to prevent pest entry, and make smooth and easily cleanable. Must maintain same.

      • Instructed must install light shields or use shatter proof bulbs throughout kitchen and basement. Must maintain same.
